non-24 majorly screws with my ability to do anything on a consistent schedule and unfortunately that includes taking meds and such, too
i have a week-long pill organizer but sometimes i still forget
used to be worse though, with needing to precisely count out the number of pills I had left to double check I hadn't taken today's dose
