@Elizafox sleep disorders are the absolute worst because they're invisible to most everyone and yet they cause tons of stress
"go to sleep earlier" isn't useful advice when I can literally lay in bed for hours trying to sleep and never be able to do so
@Elizafox working any set schedule is difficult for me; I've been making do by occasionally going in completely sleepless and dealing with it as best as I can, and crashing afterwards
or just calling out, but, you know

technically flunked out but you know, essentially same.
@Elizafox learning is hard if not impossible on zero sleep.
going through the motions of work less so, but still.
@KS working a 9 to 5 is almost impossible for me
showing up late to appointments happens a lot
I am afraid to schedule anything even a couple days in advance because I don't know if my body is going to decide "fuck you" and I'll be insomniac or sleep way too long
