As far as I can tell, hiveway has done everything to the letter following the AGPL by releasing the source code and putting their derivative under the same license.
Retaining attribution information is mentioned absolutely nowhere.
@KS It still doesn't seem to meet the requirement of "your modified version must prominently offer all users interacting...remotely through a computer network an opportunity to receive the Corresponding Source of your version by providing access to the Corresponding Source from a network server at no charge"
