@KS Here's one (much) worse: @everyoneofyou@cowards - DMs to everyone who has you blocked that it can federate to.

Pretty much only usable for malice. D:

@KS I can actually think of a legitimate use case for this, with two caveats.

#1: It can only target your own instance
#2: Only administrators can do it

This way, if an instance admin needs to get an urgent notice out, all users can receive it without worrying about whether everyone's following that admin, or paying attention to the local timeline.
