@devurandom Single-user instances don't get much of a federated timeline, since it's almost identical to your own home timeline. Similarly, nobody really knows of your existence until you put your feet in the water first and follow others to make the first connection.
@KS but, do you really need to have that kind of reach? I'm quite satisfied with being able to talk to you, for example. Anything more is added value.
@zycorax That's what I mean ... I don't really need or want to reach out to absolutely everyone. It's saved me from a lot of drama.
