I think... I need to leave this event I've been helping for 6 years. I think this needs to happen. I've categorically had all of the satisfaction I've gotten working on it denied vee, while my workload has gone up. There is no collaboration, I just have anything I say declared wrong and replaced if someone else doesn't like it. Now even non-staff participants have issue with vee and the way I work.
I think this just needs to end and I'm not sure how to do that cleanly without ruining their everything.
@trysdyn Oh fucking hell this strikes a familiar chord. And it's been almost a decade since I ditched the team that put me through a similar situation.
The most I can say is this: do not burn yourself out on people that do not respect your time and energy.
