I guess the people whining and throwing fits about privacy win this round and get to keep admins from doing their jobs

There are myriad reasons people won't submit reports. Stop using them as your golden ticket to solve all your problems.

If admins can't view DMs of users it WILL result in a trail of harm at some point or another.
