Reading the North Carolina Department of Labor's page on max/min hours worked is enough to fill any person with abject rage I'd imagine. It really drives the point home that the employers are allowed to do anything, and employees are literally slaves that must accept anything thrown at them.
100 hour work weeks.
16 hour work days with no breaks.
Mandatory overtime.
No breaks for any reason.
Changing schedules at a moment's notice.
It is perfectly legal to do every single one of those things, or *all of them at once*, in North Carolina.
