I guess once I actually make it home from work, I'll look into putting the code changes for the markdown-parsed, unlimited length posts into its own repo for easy merging, and possibly submit a PR for it too if people want that

Every time I leave work and check Tusky it's like a new explosion happens with regard to Mastodon and instance blacklisting/whitelisting

I've been considering having a toot that federates with just the first 300 characters or up to the first line break, with a link to the post on the instance to show the entire text (think twitlonger)

So now while I'm worrying about that bill and not entirely sure they actually took care of whatever it was, they sent me *another* bill for the last time I was in there that's double the amount I was supposed to be repaying. This is despite me asking them just before I left to make sure everything was properly taken care of, and being told "everything is fine, you're good to go"...

I'm probably not going to be seeing this dentist much longer at this rate.
