@Elizafox this just in Eliza is huggable
... wait that isn't slander at all
@Alumina This instance is single user, the onus is entirely on me when it comes to updating. I just haven't had the energy to do so, and aside from lacking custom emoji everything works totally fine.
@bootsy like, the big deal is, I need to actually merge up from 1.6.1 all the way to 2.4.x, fixing all the merge conflicts along the way, while also stripping out the snowflake UID code and a couple other things, then testing it on a VM to make sure things still work
and I haven't even had the energy to even begin, not when the server as is works totally fine and will for the foreseeable future
I'd prefer putting my energy into other projects instead
@bootsy I'm so deep in spoon debt that I can't be bothered thouuuugghhhh
it's weird seeing posts full of custom emoji when my instance still doesn't support them
@KitRedgrave @bea you're both sweet ya'know <3
@Shufei I can't think of a single one, they seem to be from an older era of playing cards before things were modernized and stabilized?
@BatElite I've been pondering deck designed for deuces-wild play, where the pips of the deuces are rainbow-colored, and the face cards are all carrying pride flags
This would fit right in, heh
Wait, with the Knight cards inserted into the deck, the top straight becomes 🂫🂬ðŸ‚🂮🂡...
The Jack, Knight, Queen, King, and Ace... a _royal_ flush...
🤔
TIL 🂬🂼🃌🃜, the Knights of Spades, Hearts, Diamonds and Clubs, are a thing that exist and are in Unicode along with all the other traditional playing cards.
More nonsense hands while playing open-face Chinese pineapple with @Raspberryfloof https://is.a.qute.dog/media/z1r7tLIBNFvs8C92NJg
I really need to get reference art at some point don't I?
But I'm kinda... too paralyzed by anxiety to ever do so...
@sleepingsari *headpats* hihi beepy sari
@kity @unascribed it looks nice in theory but the only concern I'd have is equality and assignment looking too similar, the space in the middle of == is what I use to distinguish them
@unascribed wait, what font is that that has a ligature (I'm presuming) for "!="?
