Kaito / Katie Sinclaire @KS@is.a.qute.dog

@typhlosion I'm actually a little proud of this one, even though I originally drew the chin line too far up and had to make it part of the glasses mastodon.social/media/VqfMm3xn

Fun idea- boost this toot and I'll attempt draw your profile picture

Wah gargamel

Why is the follow/unfollow button so close to the back button? That is so annoying on mobile

okay I'm getting private statuses from glitch.social now so I guess something finally started working

@not_on_pizza @KS either that, or ", and welcome to Jackass" as you do something really dumb.

@KS "Hi, my name is Kaito Sinclaire, and I'm a nerd."

What is an introduction? How do I write one? Hellllllppppp

We're back. The regression has been fixed; profile pages and direct post links now again hide sensitive images until clicked on.

For instance admins: If you're still running 1.6.1, cherry-pick and merge in github.com/tootsuite/mastodon/

We'll be going down shortly to merge in a patch for a "minor" bug that affects us rather critically.

1.6.1 has a regression where it will NOT hide sensitive media on profile pages or direct post links. This is obviously a very bad thing to stumble upon, especially for us.

So I guess I'm running 1.6.1 now but still can't get private messages from 2.0 servers because ~MASTODON~

*Sylveon with unsteady footing*

We're, um, on 1.6.1 now? I think everything is working and nothing's exploding... yet...?

Going down shortly to attempt an upgrade to 1.6.1

Will I ever not feel inferior to everyone else ... ?

@KitRedgrave oh wait no the profile page change killed some of the fixes *cries*

@KitRedgrave on the plus side you get to see my code in action now!

even if it is only really making avatars not look like dumb shit

I do quite desperately need a better job, but I constantly get that sort of feeling of "who would hire me" and "what am I even good for anyway"

But realistically that will probably never happen just due to the sheer time investment I would need

Slightly more likely but still improbable is forking Mastodon and just changing all the UI parts

Hmmmm.

If I had the time and energy, I would probably try my hand at making my own ActivityPub implementation. I find Mastodon's UI is rather lacking in a lot of ways
