If you got the #Tetris The Grand Master arcade game port for the switch/ps4 but bounced off it because it was kinda weird to you (or didn't buy it because it's "just another Tetris game") i highly recommend you try playing it in 20g mode for a very new and very different Tetris experience than you're used to. It's quite hard, but very satisfying to get better at. In 20g mode the pieces instantly fall to the top of your stack and you have to move them from there in the lock delay window.

Tetris Effect has a special Master Mode that's kinda similar, but TGM's rotation system and other mechanisms are built around making 20g work in ways that guideline Tetris games really aren't.

There are two ways to play #tgm in 20g on these ports: with a code (down 8 times then C B A, which are mapped to A B Y on the switch) in the main game, or by just choosing it in the score leaderboard mode before starting.

There's a bunch of info about how to play TGM in general and 20g in particular at tgm.tips and also on the more general tetris.wiki

I played *one* game of tonight and guess who I KOed... @Iateyourp1e@twitter.com

Got food, came back for another game. Took pictures of stats this time.

The Tetrominos enter the world with no particular rhyme or reason, but soon find their place. They have many shapes and even those that look similar have different arrangements. Only by working together - sometimes at their own expense - can they achieve everybody's goals, and when they don't work together, bad things happen.

#Tetris is socialist propaganda.
