Mitigating my feelings, feels like all I can do, honestly. I've dabbled in hypnosis at times even, but my mind is very very stubborn when it comes to that sort of thing...

@remmah basically a good chunk of the reason my character changes form (see the link in my bio) is to help mitigate these feelings, really

I had at one point worn breastforms but don't have them readily available, so...

It does help a little that I can easily pass as female with just a shave and wearing my hair a certain way, but that doesn't mitigate all the feelings

(last boost for a little visibility at a time that isn't stupidly early in the morning)

Curious question for all:

Is there a word that really encapsulates how I feel? I'm physically male, but mentally androgynous, sometimes leaning more in one direction than the other. I feel comfortable with my body when it leans more masculine, but when it's the other way around... I just, want to interact with myself in ways that I physically cannot.

I make fun of IoT stuff all the time, but really, being able to turn on and dim the lights in the living room from my phone is really handy

I mean, it helps that the lights in the living room aren't actually on switch controlled outlets (since the one switch controlled outlet here is in a bad spot I think) and so we'd have to otherwise fumble in the dark to turn them on

@bea possible bug report?: I can pull up local only posts through the search bar

I feel like this shouldn't be possible somehow, but I don't know how easy that is to fix?

@revenant lots of maintenance. 20 minute showers untangling and cleaning all of my hair, and setting aside some time for brushing when I need to.

@Elizafox for a period of half a year, maybe more, after my desktop PC died, my only means of contact was a 1024x600 netbook screen
