seriously considering buying a domain for the project so it'll kick me into gear

issue: the domain i wanted is a premium domain on namecheap ...

@calvin @Elizafox @aleph which is exactly why my hack just takes the full length post, creates a note of it trimmed to the first paragraph only (with a link automatically tacked on to the end), and when it's viewed there it retrieves the full article.

but the more i look at it the more it looks like a ridiculous hack, i'd much rather use a proper element... an article, i think?

so you know, with all this going on, maybe i should try to make my own activitypub implementation after all...
